Coast2Coast accounts. That means what you can earn
is totally up to you.

Q: What does an
independent account executive do for Coast2Coast
Creative?
A.
Sell our
services and manage our projects - working closely
both with clients and our creative team. The truth
is, as an independent account executive for
Coast2Coast Creative, our clients are really
your
clients. You develop the relationships, secure
opportunities for us to produce creative materials
for them and manage each project. And you earn money
from each project we work on together.
Q. What do I make
when I sell and manage a project?
A. That will be up
to you in the sense that it will be your
responsibility to propose and secure client approval
for project budgets. We will work with you to
determine the budget needed for our creative time.
You’ll work through the rest with the client,
including your time for project management, and
negotiate a final number. We want you to be fair and
budget honestly, which means the client doesn’t
overpay and we (including you) don’t get underpaid.
Q. Do I get a
salary and benefits?
A. No and no. One
of the ways Coast2Coast Creative controls costs for
clients is by running a 100 percent overhead-free,
entrepreneurial model. Your compensation comes
entirely from the project management fees you earn
on the projects you sell and manage. Honestly, if you are the
type of person who needs the security of a steady
paycheck and health coverage, we completely
understand, but this gig isn’t for you.
Q. If I don’t get
any guaranteed income, why should I do this?
A. You should only
do it if you have confidence your sales ability,
work ethic and
client-relationship skills will allow you to
successfully sell and manage projects.
Q. Do I have to
make this my only job?
A. Heck no. What
self-respecting entrepreneur would limit himself or
herself to only one business venture? We want
independent account executives who will fit
Coast2Coast into their overall professional
environment. In fact, some of the best candidates
will be people who have client relationships through
another business or affiliation, and will embrace
Coast2Coast as added value they can bring to those
existing relationships. We’re not about making rules
for you to live by. We’re about making clients
successful and making you (and us) money.

do I apply?

with a note explaining why you think you and we can
prosper together. (If you have existing client
relationships and you expect to sell our work to
these clients, tell us about that. If you don’t have
existing clients but you plan to work hard to build
them for the Coast2Coast team, tell us about that.
